Athlete's Care is a network of sports medince centres with locations across Southern Ontario, with three convenient Ottawa locations. Our multidisciplinary team includes sport medicine physians, physiatrists, orthopaedic surgeons along with physiotherapists, massage threapists, chiropractors and more. Not an athlete? Not a problem!  We treat postural related injuries, day to day injuries along with sport related injuries.

Orthopedic Surgery Consultations

• Visit covered by a valid OHIP card (please present card at each visit)
• Costs associated with injections and form requests are not covered by OHIP and additional fees will apply

Sports Medicine Physicians & Physiatrists

• Visit covered by a valid OHIP card (please present card at each visit
• Costs associated with injections and form requests are not covered by OHIP and additional fees will apply

Physiotherapy

• Initial Assessment & Treatment - $125

Chiropractic / A.R.T™ / Functional Integrated Therapy/ Shockwave

• Initial Assessment & Treatment - $109.00
• Initial Assessment & Treatment w Shockwave - $139.00
• Follow Up Treatment - $75.00
• Follow Up Shockwave & Adjustment - $95.00

Osteopathy

• Initial Assessment & Treatment (60min) - $145 (+HST)
• 60 Minute Session - $145 (+HST)
• 45 Minute Session - $120 (+HST)
• 30 Minute Session - $85  (+HST)

Athlete's Care Sports Medicine Centres is able to submit claims on your behalf if your insurance provider is a participating insurer on a third party portal that we are able to access and if your insurance plan allows for assignment of benefits.
